The Toronto Hilton is located on the corner of Richmond and University Ave in downtown Toronto. The lobby has been updated to reflect Canadian design and style. It's very modern, clean and chic. Try and catch the glass elevators which provide an amazing view of the CN Tower.Rooms are a very good size with updated furniture and a spa like bathroom. Mini bar is on the expensive side. The hotel has a great restaurant called Tundra and features Canadian cuisine, wines and fresh ingredients from local farmers. They also serve breakfast in the AM.Location wise the hotel is ideal for the business traveler and leisure too. Across the street is the new Four Season for The Performing Arts Centre. The hotel is also connected to the PATH system, which is an underground city with over 2000 shops and it covers more than 4 miles of the city. Perfect if it's cold outside. In fact you can walk from the hotl right down to the train station (Union). The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool and a good fitness room.On the top floor is the executive lounge which provides complimentary wine, cheese, drinks, beer, sweets, tea and breakfast too. It's worth the $50 upgrade fee especially if it's two in a room.
