Many people thought the departure of legendary chef Michelle Bernstein would be the end of this Miami mainstay. But to everyone’s surprise, Azul has bounced back, and the food is better than ever. Chef Clay Conley, a veteran of Todd English’s Olives, serves inventive dishes incorporating Mediterranean, Asian, and African flavors, with a heavy focus on the amazing seafood coming from the Miami coastline that Mandarin Oriental overlooks.
