I grew up eating at Casa Bonita in Oklahoma in the early 70s. I really hated it when the last one closed in Tulsa several years back. Recently I was in Denver and had my first experience with Casa Bonita there. I was so excited to go but thoroughly disappointed as the service did not even come close to the Oklahoma restaurants. I had to wait over half an hour to get a plate and when I asked for a Manager as the rest of my party was finishing their food, she rolled her eyes. I do not believe this was a manager, and if so she did a poor job of satisfying her customers. I did go back a second time while on my visit and did receive a little better service, but the food is not as good and lacks the commodore of the old restaurants that were in Oklahoma. Sorry.
