This was our first visit to P.F. Chang's. We say "Bravo!" We totally enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent; friendly and tentative. Actually, I was the one of the 4 who doesn't prefer Chinese. I mean it's ok, but not really what I choose when I go out. But my dogs needed to go outside and home is still a 2 hour drive so I go with the flow so my husband and I can get on the road.We had four dishes and all were delicious. Again, something never to be my favorite, Lemon Pepper Chicken...it was my favorite. I never have seconds at dinner time, I'm just not a big eater. But I had 2nds, maybe 3rds on something. I took my time and enjoyed my company and my meal and decided the dogs would be fine for another 30 minutes. Our dinner also included Sweet and Sour Pork, Shrimp Cantonese, Chicken Chow Mein and compliments of the chef, Beef Schezwan, to balance our meal. I'd skip the pork. Shrimp very blan, but with the rest of the meal was very good as it balanced the spicy beef. Chow Mein, very good. I think it was my husband favorite! It's been about a month and we have decided to make the 2 hour drive and try it again. We're looking forward to another dinner at P.F. Changs.
