Resort Experience:
Cabo is our favorite place in Mexico so far. We stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Rose Spa & Resort which is in a very nice location as far as easy access to restaurants and the beach. We have some issues with the resort itself. They rush you through the check-in without giving you any information about the resort and hand you over to the timeshare sales person to be pressured into going to their sales presentation. That's not a relaxing way to start a vacation! The pool is crowded and if you don't stake claim to a lounge chair by 9:00am, you're out of luck.

Be prepared to spend a lot of money on taxis and tipping. Most of the restaurants have excellent food. Try the local cuisine and skip American food that tends to be bland and boring. Make note that if you take the glass bottom boat to Lands End, you will be in the water fighting the waves to get in and out of the boat. It's especially tough if you choose to get out at Lovers Beach!
