Fairfield Nashville

Best Things Nearby:
I was there for a conference at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center. While literally across the street and down a block, it really is not within walking distance. Opry Mills is also in this area and within a 5-minute car ride.

Best Things About the Resort:
There were the activities hosted and sponsored by the resort. Every day there was something going on, from ice-cream socials to old-fashioned backyard cookouts.

Resort Experience:
I had a one-bedroom deluxe unit, which worked well since I had a coworker join me for 4 days during the week. The unit was well furnished and included a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. We were on the fourth floor, which was accessible by elevator, although I understand that there are a couple of buildings that do not have elevators. If this is important to you, be sure to call ahead for special arrangements.

This resort had outstanding daily onsite activities. They also arranged for special tours of Nashville and the surrounding area via Grayline Tours and a local company called Tootsies. There was also a downtown trip to Nashville that was provided by the resort for just $5 per person. This is one of the best Fairfield resorts I've ever stayed at!
