Best Things Nearby:
Gateway Arch, Six Flags, St. Louis Zoo, Missouri Botanic Gardens, Grant's Farm, day trips to the Ozarks and along the mighty Mississippi River.

Best Things About the Resort:
The resort is in a beautiful setting and has nice amenities, while still being close to many area attractions. This resort has nice accommodations and facilties and is located on two lakes which provide the opportunities for canoeing, boating, and fishing. It has a 18 hole miniture golf course and a five-hole, par-three golf course, both of which are free.

Resort Experience:
This has been my second stay at this resort and both stays have been memorable. The units are two bedrooms and located in a three story building. Each unit has a full kitchen with a table and four chairs and a breakfast bar with two stools. The large bedroom has a private bath and a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom is a lockout unit with a private bath, microwave and small refrigerator. Each unit has a deck/balcony with a table and four chairs. There are two TVs and a VCR.

The resort has nice amenities which include a miniture golf, five hole, par-three golf course, tennis courts, outdoor pool with hot tub, and two lakes for fishing and boating. There is a small fee for boat and canoe rentals. There also have a nice recreation center with a game room, pool/ping pong tables and a fitness center. This building has a nice atmosphere with a fireplace and snack bar. The grounds also have outside picnic tables and grills. The resort also offers archery and has equipment to checkout.

The resort also has an RV park which has a laundry (sorry, no wash machines in the units).

One of the biggest advantages if this resort is the location. It is close to St. Louis and many other activities in the Ozarks and along the Mississippi River. It is about 10 miles from a good selection of stores and restaurants.
