Best Things Nearby:
Great Barrington is an artsy town. Within an hour are great museums and galleries. Nearby are hiking trails and skiing.

Best Things About the Resort:
Proximity to museums and galleries on rainy days and nice places to hike, walk.

Resort Experience:
This converted motel is comfortable and clean. Master bedroom has a jacuzzi. Other bedroom did not have good reading light available. Only partial kitchen, so we availed ourselves of great restaurants in the area. (Bizen, dinner at Kripalu in Lenox.) Not the most elegant place, but the area is so wonderful, just being there was great. Friendly staff over the phone, but the office was closed until late morning and at 8pm at night, so we never saw staff. We used this timeshare as we would a very comfortable motel. It was not the focus of our vacation by any means, nor did we want it to be.
