As the name implies, it's a motel, but it's not too shabby by any means. Around $112/per night is rather typical for this gateway city to Yellowstone. The motel was updated a couple of years ago, and I found my room to be rather clean. The continental breakfast is nothing to get excited about, but if you're pinching pennies, then I suggest getting there bright and early, before the crowds suck up all the doughnuts. The motel is situated in the northern part of town but is within walking distance to many of the shops and restaurants. I do recommend walking to do your shopping or dining, as finding parking in the center of town can be difficult at times. I did note that the Best Western Desert Inn (located on the main drag) looked a bit more appealing. My room was a bit out of the way (second floor, end of walkway), and I didn't find it to be noisy at all, but because it's a motel, I suspect many of the rooms can be noisy.
