Bath Street Inn

A Victorian-style house with a garden and indoor eating area that has quaint and colorful rooms, EXCELLENT FOOD!!, wonderful hostesses, and a friendly atmosphere. Included in the cost was a filling, delightful breakfast (poached pears, homemade granola, raspberry pancakes), tea, homemade cake and cookies at 4pm, and wine and cheese at 5:30pm. Convenient to downtown Santa Barbara but on a quiet street. We visited each of the rooms and stayed in the smallest room on the 3rd floor with a queen bed, but it had a roomy closet, a powerful shower, and a comfy window seat. Each of the other rooms was just as nice. Some of the other rooms had king-size beds, little balconies, Jacuzzis, bathtubs, and TV/VCRs. We had access to a private sitting area with a VCR to watch movies (but we had a TV in the room). It had a romantic atmosphere and would have been a perfect getaway spot for a couple.
