We had quad rooms without bath. (Shared toilet and shower were down the hall). (2 adults, 2 kids). The rooms were pretty nice for our small family. It would have been pretty crowded with 4 adults, though. A pretty nice location -- near the subway stop, just a few blocks from Termini station (close enough to walk, but far enough that you were away from all the noise, etc.), but certainly not right near any of the big tourist draws. On a pretty quiet side street (but this was winter so the windows were closed). The staff were very helpful in giving directions. We thought the price was a bit high for what we got, but I guess it was in line with other similar places.
