Norris Campground

Our stay at Norris Campground was nice. The area is beautiful and the lots were well wooded. There is a wonderful little stream that people trout fish in and there are elk and buffalo all around. Like most of the park, the campground is full most of the time and the days we spent there were no exception. Get there early or you will not get a spot.

The campgrounds have flush toilets and running water but no showers. There is also no electricity hook ups which is common in the national parks. Norris Geyser Basin Trail is right down the road about 1/4 mile and is well worth the visit.
