Downtown Disney Marketplace is a mixture for all ages. It holds plenty of shops for kids and adults alike. As you walk down the main area, you will see shops with Disney wears next to a candy shop (with caramel apples being made right in front of you). They also have shops that make their own bath soaps, a cigar shop, and a magic shop.
The restaurants there are as varied as the shopping. There are big name chefs (Wolfgang Puck) and family friendly restaurants like the Rain Forest Cafe. There is also a Cuban restaurant and a Garibaldi chocolate store.
There are also two main spots to see performances. There is the House of Blues, which holds regular concerts; and there is Cirque Du Soleil, which has performances daily that show off their acrobatic and magical marvels.
Overall... it's a great place to visit, whether you are 5 years old or 50 years old.
