Harrods is amazing from the word "go." It's an experience just to look around. The food court is what really impressed me, how every type of food has its own area. We did eat there, and it was was pricey for two soups and two teas, but it was worth the experience. The cases of food had items I had never seen and things that looked awesome, like sculptures made from butter, etc. The staff was pleasant there as well. We got to try free samples of the most delectable chocolates, olive oils, etc. The clothing area is really just like any department store, a bit more expensive than my budget will allow. When we bought some items, the staff was helpful in pointing out how to get the VAT tax back and where to go to do so. Of course, there is also the area dedicated to Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed, which is also a must-see at the Egyptian escalators. Harrods is one of my favorite places to go in London, even if it's just for a look around.
