You can adopt any zoo animal-if at least $20, you get an adoption certificate for adoptee. There is a gift shop that helps support the zoo. Restrooms are available. On site, there are a variety of animals including the white Bengal tiger, spider monkeys, wild pigs, frogs, turtles, sloth, parrots, hippo, emu, goats, lemur, water buffalo, squirrel monkeys, butterfly house, and deer. As you walk around in the zoo, you will find the peacocks and other birds running/flying around free. There is also a petting zoo from 1:30pm to 2:30pm, but my son thought himself too old. The best thing about the zoo is that it is free, so for those on a budget it is a great place to stop for a few hours.
