Shell Museum

I was amazed by how many shells this museum had. I wasn't much of a "shell fan" prior to the visit, but afterwards I couldn't believe how many different types of shells there were. The museum has shell types from all over the world, and it tells you the history of the shells, what they were used for, and a variety of different shell crafts (that were absolutely beautiful). It's a great education experience for anyone interested in shells, and even for those who never even thought twice about them. My recommendation is to visit the museum and then head to the beach afterwards to collect a few shells. You'll be amazed by the amount of different types of shells on the beach.
