Miller's Family Farm

During much of our week, unfortunately, it rained or was really too cool for swimming. We had put our daughter in "camp" for three days and decided to take her swimming on the only sunny day.

One day, we went to Miller's Family Farm. This farm isn't far from the resort. They have chickens, calves (they can even walk one) and goats for the kids to pet, a beehive where kids can observe how the bees make honey (they make their own that you can purchase), and they have a big corn maze which was really fun. Admission depends on what you want to do.

The day before we left for home, we went to the Cabot Creamery and visitor center. Since we went on a Saturday, you couldn't see how the cream cheese was made (even though we took the tour) because the workers only work Monday to Friday. We did get to see the video, which bored our 4-year-old daughter, and got to taste the many different types of cream cheese they make.
