Hollywood Walk of Fame

The first place where busloads of tourists are whisked to the moment they land at LAX must be the Hollywood Walk of Fame along Hollywood Boulevard! And aptly so, as the street introduces you to the kind of Hollywood that you have spent so much to see and experience for yourself!

Walking tours start from Mann's Chinese Theatre, in front of which many people grab their picture of Bruce Lee's Star panel on the floor. Also famous is the cement floor outside the theatre where many stars left their foot and hand prints, including Eddie Murphy's giant marks!

For Mission Impossible and Tom Cruise fanatics, dash right across the road from Mann's and walk towards the shops on the left. Outside the last one you will find Tom Cruise's Star panel on the floor! Alternatively, watch out for people queueing near some strange spot... that's probably Cruise's spot! Nearby? Sting, Johnny Depp and Madonna.

For a unique experience, head for Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum, or the Guinness Book of Records Museum further down Hollywood Boulevard. This area is also good for buying autographed photographs of stars: well, I got mine!
