The food, the service, and the bar were all fantastic. I have been here many times for dinner and always enjoyed it. The lunch buffet with pecan-crusted chicken and other delights is great. I have to drop in every time we are in town. Usually, getting in at lunch is no problem, but I would recommend reservations for dinner. A few years ago, Miss Emma performed in the upstairs section, but Miss Emma is deceased, and I miss her terribly. This building is one of the oldest in Savannah, so don't forget to ask your server about the "secret tunnels, where sailors where Shanghaied for for ships in port."
