This was a very expensive disappointment. The appetizers, wait staff, and wine were first-rate, but the fish entrées were good but nothing exceptional and somewhat undercooked. It was the ambience that really was odd. The table for two was miniscule and so close to the other diners that you could hear all of their conversations. They gladly moved us to a booth. They had linen napkins, but paper placemats. The worst was the background music. It was a cross between smooth jazz and disco, with a pounding beat that never changed from song to song. After an hour, we couldn’t wait to get away from it, so we went elsewhere for dessert.
