This place is so good that we went twice during our trip. We normally make it rule not to eat at the same place twice during a trip so that we can try lots of different places, but we couldn’t help ourselves. Unfortunately, they don’t take reservations. There was a line both times that we went, but I would wait no matter how long it was. The restaurant is actually a converted 1830s townhouse, and the dining room is in what used to be a double parlor.

If you only get one thing, make sure it is the Pain Perdu or "Lost Bread." It is their version of French toast, but it is unlike any other French toast that you have ever had. It is so good that you don’t need syrup! Just thinking about it makes me drool. Their crepes are overstuffed and big enough for two. Several people in line told us that everything here is good, but I’m not sure if we will ever get past the Lost Bread.
