Phillips Seafood Restaurant

Phillips Harborplace is one of the Inner Harbor's premier seafood restaurants. The menu varies through the year, but always includes crab cakes, steamed shrimp, clams, and other favorites. Seasonal specialties include soft shell crab in the summer and oysters in months that have an "R" in their name. During the summer, you can eat outside, and have a great view of the Inner Harbor, or in the air-conditioned dining room. In December, Phillips is beautifully decorated for the holidays, and is the perfect place for holiday parties.

Phillips Harborplace is extremely popular, so be prepared to wait, if you try to get seated between the hours of 12:00 noon and 1:30 P.M. or 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. To decrease the amount of time you wait in line, try to arrive by 11:30 A.M. for lunch, or have an early dinner at 4:00 P.M.

The Phillips chain of restaurants extends from Baltimore to Ocean City and Annapolis, MD and even to Washington DC, so if you are in one of those cities, you can also have a great dining experience. Phillips also operates a Carry Out facility at the Baltimore Inner Harbor, and you can buy crab cakes to go, or have them shipped anywhere in the continental US.

If you're only going to be in Baltimore for one day, have lunch or dinner at Phillips Harborplace.
