You absolutely must eat at CAV if you visit Providence. It is a little off the beaten path---not located directly downtown, but walking distance from downtown. It is located in an old mill building, and the decor is very intimate and cozy. The food is delicious and not too expensive. They have standards such as filet mignon and more creative items such as handmade ravioli. CAV also features live jazz on weekends.
