Cleanliness is declining

We've stayed at the Flamingo every year for the last 8 years. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this property is declining. There was 'white stuff' on the bed skirt. The chaise in front of the windows looked like it hadn't been wiped off in weeks. This was supposed to be one of their 'new upgraded' rooms. Cheap pergo-type floors, minimal bed linens, minimal furniture. We arrived at 9:30am, our room was available at 4:00pm. We checked our luggage to their valet. When we were ready for our bags, one was missing. Thankfully the missing bag had a wild pattern design and was easily identified and located. Not sure if they would have been able to locate it had it been a basic black rollerboard. On the upside, the location of the Flamingo is great, Margaritaville downstairs has the best breakfast on the strip, and the bartenders are not shy when they poor a drink. I would have given a better rating had our room been clean.
