It was our first trip to sedona. Alot of hotels were already booked. I picked the Hilton on there reputation for excellent service and accomodations. I was alittle let down , check in was so late in the day around 4:00. So im paying for a partial day for the high price. Not a good idea. We were starving from the 6 hr drive and went to the hotel resturaunt . There was nobody around to greet you and find us a table. Finally after 10 mins my wife flagged down a waiter who went to get someone. The food was not very good for the high price plus poor customer service. I will not stay at this hotel in the future and hope the hilton managment will address some of my comcerns. Nick H.
