When you check in they are nice...but give it a day and.

Well 3 people checked in. They asked how many key cards we wanted. As a joke we said 4. They gave us 4 but only one worked so we had to go down and get 2 more that would work. There were 3 people in the room and we would only get a room set up for 2 people so we would have to ask for towels and other things everyday. Which was not very relaxing after a long day at an amusment park. We could never get their "FREE WI FI" to work. If you wanted to us it for You Tube or anything you had to pay more for it. Kind of like a free car wash in the rain useless. From what we could tell they didn't have a resturant but a buffet so if you need something to eat late at night you have to go out. One of the worst things was the bus trip to any of the Walt Disney Parks. One day we got dropped off and told to catch the bus where they dropped us off at. Well we were waiting where they dropped us off at and the bus stopped over 500 yards way. We started running to the bus. The driver just started to drive off without us. He only stopped because we started to run in front of the bus. Then at the hotel we were told "We have nothing to do with the busses." I said well they why is it part of the "resort fee" that we pay to "YOU" not the bus company. I would never say there again or suggest it to anyone I know.
