The staff at the El Dorado Hotel and Spa went out of their way to make our stay worth while. The qualities of good management begin with happy workers. All the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in giving directions and advise on where to dine. We did encounter a longer than expected wait time in the Agave Bar at the hotel, but there were a lot of customers in there at one time. We definitely would recommend this location to anyone.
