we had to find another room after our flight back east was cancelled due to Sandy. We were greeted by John at the front desk who was helpful in several ways. He understood our situation and kept our reservation flexible, as we did not know how long we would need to be there. Also, my credit card was expiring at the end of october and we didnt know if we'd have to stay into november. He worked with us on that as well. The rooms were 100% spotless, modern, and comfortable. We were busy hiking and doing day trips but the resort is beautiful and if you like to unwind by the pool you'll love it. If i ever go back to the area, I know where I'm staying. Thanks to all the staff for being welcoming and accommodating.
