to start when we arrived their computer system was down so we had to wait 30 min to get checked in. Upon checking in I requested a room with two beds and was told that that would be no problem at all. After receiving our room keys and get to our room the room had one bed and a roll away (unacceptable). I did not want to deal with the issue at 2AM so I waited until the moring when I left to play golf. The person at the front dest advised me that they would take care of the room and get me a room with two bed not one and a roll away. After about a few hours I call to check on the room and was told it was taken care of. Come to find out it had not been and I spent more time on the phone then playing golf. After telling the hotel I was going to check out and go to a diffrent hotel the all of a sudden found me a room with two beds. I can say that the Westin has made it on my NOT TO STAY AT LIST.
