I enjoyed the first 2 nights at the hotel, however the week we went there we found out it was also a Jamaican Holiday as well. The hotel no longer was nice and peaceful but rather full of locals (which was not a big deal), but there were more kids that meets the eye. The fire alarm was set up in our hotel, kids dropped buckets of crabs in the elevator, the pools were swarmed with people and kids. The beach was a kiddie playground. For the amount of money we pay to travel to Jamaica the hotels should cap off the amount of people they allow to stay at a resort so it still feels like a vacation. They ran out of food, and service could no longer keep up. It was an ok hotel as long as you do not visit around a Jamaican holiday. I spoke with people who stayed at other resorts and they had the same issues.
