Hotel staff were great - only negative were the girls in the lobby wanting you to do a timeshare presentation of their sister hotel. I expect that at the airport and around town, not so much where I am staying. Only mix up was they didn't have us in a king when we arrived - but got us switched quickly. Bellboys were great. All inclusive is the way to go here - liquor bill doubled the food bill at every meal. Just don't fly US Airways - they caused us to miss our connecting flight and we had to spend an extra night in Phoenix on the way home.
