I was really nervous to stay here after reading some of the reviews. We stayed at comfort suites for 6 nights this month. The hotel itself was pretty well kept up. The room was nice, only downfall was that it really did have a smell of old wet towels, but truly you smelled it initially getting into the room then you don't notice it after a minute. all the reviews talked about how terrible the rooms were and how terrible breakfast was but the breakfast was better than I was expecting. There were cold cereals, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls as well as eggs bacon and sausage with diffent types of breads. If you have high expectations for rooms and want a five star hotel this certainly isn't the place for you and you will need to pay the extra money to stay at Atlantis, but staying here and getting the benefit of using Atlantis and free breakfast daily for a great price is well worth it. FYI water and food are much much cheaper to get at the shops outside of the hotels and comfort suites has fridges to keep it in (atlantis has stocked fridges that charge for taking the stock for a hefty price). So stock up on water and snacks outside Atlantis. There is an option to put down $100 daily to use at Atlantis stores and restaurants so you don't have to bring money or credit cards to the pool (and many stands don't accept cash) and you get reimbursed for what you don't use. Great idea and was definitely convenient. Would certainly stay again, the benefit of saving money is worth the small downfalls of the stay.
