The hotel was beautiful and the rom was nice. The staff was not warm and friendly starting with the check-in.

Windsor Court is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are wonderfully decorated. However, the staff was not friendly and did not make any effort to make us feel welcome. There was no introduction of the amenities available at the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, and the food was good. The lady in the gift shop was very pleasant. Would I stay again? Maybe.
