We were pampered with support and service in a manner that was second to none. The property is well managed and staff genuine in their manner toward their guests. There was no wish that they would not work to full fill. The food was excellent and well prepared making meals a special treat each time. The pools were great and the infinity the best. We love the Caribbean and were not sure what to expect in Cancun. The reviews were good and the virtual tour looked promising so we made the decision and we were not disappointed. We would not only recommend Live Aqua but look forward to a return visit! B B
