The good news is that every room is oceanfront with a fantastic view. The bad news is that the hotel is old and in desperate need of updating. There is rust on the appliances in the kitchenette and stains on the walls. The housekeeping staff was sweet but apparently need glasses: my wife looked at the same cob-web under the bathroom sink for 3 of the 5 days of our July 4, 2012 vacation. There were insufficient towels and wash cloths so each day we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. If you forgot what TVs were like pre-LED flat screen, then these rooms will remind you. Also, don't bother to bring DVDs or look for a RedBox, there is no DVD player. And, cable channels are limited.
