We took my mom to Niagra Falls to celebrate her birhday. The hotel was in an excellent location--close to everything (food, attractions, falls, etc.). For every question I had, they had an answer or recommendations. Everyone made us feel very welcome. They even hooked us up with tickets for the shuttle during our stay. Having internet, a fridge, and a microwave really came in handy. The only unpleasant part was paying the $20 a day for parking. If you stay near the falls, be prepared to pay for parking at the area hotels. On the bright side, we always had a parking spot, and the valet service (included with the parking fee) was always prompt in retrieving our car whenever we wanted to drive around instead of walk. Although Tony Roma's and Outback are located on the premises, the prices are quite high. Venture out a little ways to save. Also, there's an Italian place located on the stree to the rear of the hotel. The prices are very reasonable.
