this hotel made me feel like a guest that was welcomed and I felt taken care of

My hotel experience was quite pleasant and stress free. I arrived to the hotel at 10:00 am and I hadn't requested an early check in as I would normally do if I was arriving early. I went to the desk and told them of my reservation and as she said we currently do not have any rooms ready for my check, she did say there is a good place to grab breakfast and check back in about an hour or so. When I returned from the nearby breakfast spot, the front desk person looked at me immediately and said Oh, Mrs. T....... we have a room ready for you. Just got a good feeling of being taken care at a hotel in a place where it was my first visit to for short weekend trip to attend my daughter's dance performance!!!!
