This hotel was OK but the parking situation is not good at all.

I recently stayed here while my daughter was at orientation at nearby Temple University. The room was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke (requested a non-smoking room). Staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was OK. They only had pork sausage and no other alternative for a breakfast meat (I don't eat pork#. The one thing that turned me off was the parking situation. The description says you can self park or use the valet service. The self park was an unsavory parking lot down the street that was small and cost $20-$25. I did not want to leave my car there, so I used the valet. They neglected to tell me the valet parking was 3 blocks away which is why they ask you call for your car 25 minutes before you need it. Not sure if I will stay at this location again because of the parking situation and its not in the best part of Philadelphia #not quite downtown Philadelphia like I thought). If you don't have a car or don't mind the parking situation, I would recommend.
