Based on the age of the hotel and previous reviews that I read, I was skeptical but decided to try it again. Our family has been staying at the Casa Munras for many years. In fact, 4 generations of my family have stayed there. Anyway, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room, the service, and the lovely gourmet restaurant. I hated to leave. I was able to walk to the State Park Plaza and Fisherman's Wharf, which was nice.
