Very pleased with the hotel

As far as the hotel we were very pleased with the service and staff. But our actual trip to Vegas was a disaster because the airlines lost our luggage. I had explained this to the clerk at the hotel in hopes that I could at least lay down for a little bit before my seminar started . They actually let us check in earlier but we had to pay an extra fee. Which I wished they would not have charged but I guess they were just following their protocol. I wanted to thank the security guard who let me plug in my cell phone in the middle of he night because my battery was dying and of course my phone charger was in my luggage. I would definetly stay at Caesar again
