I was served in an absurd way at check-in. When I was checking in, I realized I lost the luggage tag. I talk to the receptionist who got involved in our check-in about the lost tag, she yelled at me like 'how do you find your bags without the tag? go to the coat room and find out!'. She treated me as if I were an idiot or something. I am glad to inform Sheraton NY and Starwood that I will never be back to your hotel ever, including all the Starwood hotels. I will also withdraw from spg membership. In spite of all the other pros this hotel has, the one big flaw made me turn my back.
