Our concierge was not good at all. First he had us sit through a 2 hour presentation for a vacation club with out our full knowledge of what it was for. He kept asking us for our return flight information to book our return transfer to airport. He never did it, we ended up doing it our self and was charged by the hotel for the call.I was celebrating my birthday and the concierge said he would do something special for me and he never did.The food at hotel was not good at all. They advertised having about 8 restaurants, and only half was available. The majority of the staff spoke only Spanish. The best thing about this hotel was the upgrade that we received to a suite.
