The hotel caters first and foremost to their weddings and special events and ignores their actual hotel guests. We had to park in their overflow lot across the street and haul all of our luggage across a busy road because the main lot was full due to multiple weddings and events. Then the bar/restaurant in the main hotel was closed Friday to Saturday non-stop for private events. The close breakfast/lunch and drink option that they tout on their website is not realistic because it is never actually open. Also the beach access was also completely inaccessible due to multiple weddings. We had to go out through the lobby and then walk along the side of the hotel just to get to the beach! We just wanted a relaxing beach weekend with our two children. Instead we were made to feel like it was bothersome to have hotel guests instead of a wedding or event to make money from. I have never written a review but I had to write one so anyone thinking of stating here knows what to expect in terms of service (poor), beach access (closed) parking (across the street) and their restaurant/beach bar (non-existent).
