We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. There are many things that the management need to consider to improve the service. The staff was rude specifically Enif and Oscar both were unreliable and they did not like when we had complaints. The accountant Jorge was never avaialble to talk to him. The room is clean, but the bathroon is tiny, and you are not able to close the bath room. The drawers got always stuck and it was a struggle to get things out of them. The toaster, microwave, did not work properly, the staff had a hard time giving us extra plates and utensils for three. The connecting plugs don't work and it is hard to rehcarge batteries. The cleaning maids were unfriendly and they never like when you ask for extra towels, soaps and shampoo. The laundry is a struggle becuase the hotel staff is constantly using it and it cna take up a day for using it. The closet doors don't work and you have to almost carry them in order to open. Regrading the outisde look of the property is nice and I see that they spent a lot of time and energy maintaining the looks of the property. They need to spend a lot of time and energy in the inside as well. Regarding handicapped accomodations they do not have accomodations, The ramps are steep and the persons had a hard time locating us in a first floor room. The elevator does not work unless you pay a fee. Regarding the beach on this hotel is bretahtaking, but the hotel need to update staff, and furniture.
