This was our first trip to Cancun. We enjoyed the hotel room and service. Our morning waiter, Vermon, was fabulous. We have never had better service anywhere! Thank you, Vermon. Our room was cleaned each day, and our refrigerator was restocked. However, I would not go back to this hotel because of a few important things: 1: The concierge service was annoying and would not leave us alone. They continually bothered us about buying a timeshare. It became so bad, we tried to avoid the main lobby so that we would be left alone. We continually told them, "no thank you." This made little difference and angered us greatly. 2. The refrigerator in the room is only stocked with 6 small beers daily. When we asked for more, we were denied. How can this be considered "all inclusive"? 3. Room Service took over an hour to get our order to us and when it arrived, it was cold. 4. It is quite far from the downtown area and transportation is required. Because we were not familiar with the area, it was difficult to tell the bus driver and taxi driver where we needed dropped off at.
