Excellent front dest management

Front dest managers, Tarah Escorbar and Jorge Rodrigues, did an outstanding job handling a problem upon our late arrival. Due to busted water pipes, our room was not available on the night we arrived. Tarah and Jorge met us in person and already had a suite ready for us in the Point Pleasant Resort next door. Then upgraded us to a suite at Sugar Bay when we checked the next day. The bar staff and drinks were excellent. Great service. No watered-down drinks. The pools were goods and there was always things to do. The woman cooking burgers and hot dogs at the pool each day had an attitude, but we got use to it. Didn't let her get to us. The beach is very small, but OK for laying out. Not a lot of bar staff on the beach. There are lots of rocks in the water, except on the very east end. The food was good, but the lines were long and slow due to the small layout of the serving area. Except for Nakisha, who worked at the Pimentos Restaurant, the wait staff seems to have an attitude, too. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job each day. Except for the suites, rooms are normal hotel rooms with a balcon. There was no entertainment the nights we were there. Althought, there was late night dancing that we didn't stay up for. Overall, a good value for the dollar.
