I was very disappointed!!

I was VERY disappointed in my recent stay in Kansas City. The hotel is under construction which I feel that I should of been told about when I made the reservations. The signs were too few and very confusing. I felt like a rat in a maze and to top that off there were fees for everything from parking to internet usage. Considering the fact that the customers were inconvienced I felt that parking and internet "fees" should of been waived. The shuttle had a very limited route and the hours were terrible. I will stay on the plaza next time the service is much better!!!
