The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, to get from my car to the registration desk (and back after checkout), I had to walk through one garage, go down a slow elevator (they have two, but one was not working), then through another garage, then up a slow elevator, walk across the mezzanine, go down an escalator..to get checked in . The lobby is torn up for some remodeling. It was like going through a maze every time I wanted to get to or from my vehicle. However, the location was very convenient for SeaLife Aquarium and Crown Center. I'd probably stay again, but will make sure their construction is completed first. Oh....internet access is not free...odd nowadays for that to be so.... also, walls are thin. I had to call security at 2:45 AM because of some drunken guests in the room next door waking me up. Not the hotels fault for the noise, I guess, but walls are thin.
