We are hilton honors members and generally have pretty good experiences when staying at hilton properties. From the minute we "tried" to check in, we had issues. Our room was not ready at the scheduled check in time. We were told we would be called, and about 4:45, I checked again to see if our room was ready. It was not, the desk attendant had to go back to see if she could do something. By the time we got our room, on the 9th floor, the keys would not work, we had to go back down to the lobby several times to get keys that would work. Needless to say, that was very frustrating since we were already worn out from the long drive. The room itself was ok, but housekeeping never brought us any hand towels for our entire stay. She told us we would have to call downstairs. I understand that this is a very busy Hilton property on the beach, but I think the hotel should employ enough staff to maintain the quality of service Hilton brags about. Internet is not free for silver members. The list goes on, but I'll stop here. I think you get the point.
