This resort was very welcoming. We arrived at 3:00 pm and our room was not ready. We were told to check back in 30 min. ,we did and it was still not ready. Finally got our room around 4:30 but it was not the King bed that I had reserved months in advance. I was told that we don't reserve by the bed but by the view, even though I had to pay extra for the King bed. 2 days later we had our King bed. The resort itself is nice. The rooms apparently aren't up to USA standards since there was mold in the bathrooms. Other than those problems we had a nice time. The food was Ok ,not great. The beach was great. Don't worry about reserving loungers early as there are plenty on the beach.
